Ember from Danny Phantom did it first and, in my opinion, better. Sorry, cannot find a song called "Under our Spell" by Ember. Not the same song. I thought that was obvious. It's called "Remember" or "You Will Remember"

I don't really see how you can compare the two songs. Ember's song sounds like a typical Taylor Swift break-up song, while The Dazzling "Under our Spell" is more about the trio of sirens putting the entire Canterlot High School under their control with their siren song.

The only real differences are that Ember is a ghost, not a siren, and her power is proportional to the number of people actually saying her name, hence the song repeating it many times. "You will remember my name."
