Bio: Born to the local sexton and a housewife in a small village tucked away in the forest at the foot of Foal Mountain, Digitalis and his sister were raised from the very beginning to be proper Canterlot gentleponies. Though his family had not lived in or near Canterlot for many, many years and the family coffers had always run low since, tradition and a tendency to yearn for the past ran strong. By virtue of his good grades, good upbringing, and no small help from his grandmother's sterling reputation, he was admitted to some of Canterlot's finest boarding schools where he quickly took a shine to all things medical, even the things that made even the toughest colts in class squirm. He earned his cutie mark (a Bowl of Hygieia) after healing a severely ill classmate using only parts of various plants found around campus. He recently received his Doctorate, having attended Canterlot University on a full scholarship.
